These terms govern business use of SeeingSells. They keep ownership, permissions, AI outputs and payment responsibilities clear.
1. The agreement
SeeingSells is provided by Happy Webs Limited, registered at 81 Penny Meadow, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6EL. These terms apply to sole traders, partnerships, companies and their authorised staff using the service for business purposes. The person creating a workspace confirms they can bind that business.
2. The service
SeeingSells provides a private supplier catalogue, AI-assisted visualisation, website embed, enquiry and quote-preparation tools. Features may evolve. iPhone, iPad and Android apps are described as coming soon and are not included until released. We may use subcontractors and cloud infrastructure to provide the service.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate details, keep access secure and promptly remove former staff. Human accounts use revocable sessions; API and embed credentials have different scopes and must be stored securely. You are responsible for actions taken through authorised users and integrations until access is revoked.
4. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of supplier references, customer photos, instructions and business data you upload. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transform and transmit that content only to provide, secure and improve the contracted service. You confirm you have the rights, notices and lawful basis needed to upload and process it, including customer imagery and supplier materials.
5. AI visualisations
AI output is an illustrative sales aid, not a technical drawing, colour guarantee, measurement, specification or substitute for professional judgment. Materials, lighting, dimensions and installation conditions can differ in reality. You must review output before presenting it, quoting from it or relying on it, and clearly set customer expectations.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use SeeingSells unlawfully, infringe rights, upload harmful code, attempt to bypass tenant or credit controls, probe another customer’s data, misrepresent AI output as a guaranteed result, or use the service to create abusive or deceptive material. We may suspend access necessary to protect users, systems or law.
7. Trials, plans and payment
The launch trial includes the credits and period stated at signup. Paid plans and credit packs are charged at the displayed price plus applicable tax. Credits measure successful visualisation use, are workspace-specific and have no cash value. Unless an order says otherwise, subscriptions renew for the chosen billing period until cancelled through the available billing route.
8. Availability and support
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party incidents, AI capacity or events outside reasonable control may affect it. Support is provided through the contact route shown in the service. Preview or beta functions may change or be withdrawn.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that law does not permit us to exclude. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from the service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees paid for that service in that period, except where a signed order states otherwise. You remain responsible for quotes, measurements, installations, customer advice and legal compliance in your trade.
10. Ending the service
You may stop using the service and cancel a paid subscription through the available billing route. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security risk or unlawful use. On termination, ordinary access ends; export requests should be made before closure. Data retention and deletion follow the privacy notice and legal obligations.
11. General
These terms and any agreed order form the entire agreement for the service. If there is a conflict, the signed order takes priority. Neither party may transfer the agreement without the other’s consent, except as part of a business reorganisation or sale. English law applies and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
