SeeingSells handles business account details, supplier catalogues, customer photos and enquiries. This notice explains what we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.
1. Who we are
SeeingSells is a product of Happy Webs Limited, registered at 81 Penny Meadow, Ashton-under-Lyne, OL6 6EL. Happy Webs Limited is the controller for account, billing and direct support information. When a trade business uploads its own customer information, that business is normally the controller and we act as its processor.
2. Information we handle
We may handle account names, business names, work email addresses, login and security records, supplier catalogue references, uploaded room or property photos, visualisation instructions and results, customer enquiry details, quote notes, billing references, device and diagnostic information, and support correspondence. Do not upload information you are not entitled to use.
3. Why and on what basis
We use account and service data to provide the contract, secure the workspace, create requested visualisations, route enquiries and support billing. We use necessary logs for our legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, service reliability and improvement. We process records where required by law. Optional marketing is based on consent or another lawful basis permitted by privacy and electronic communications law, with an unsubscribe option.
4. Who receives it
Authorised Happy Webs staff and carefully selected infrastructure, payment, email, monitoring and AI-processing providers receive only what is needed to run SeeingSells. Current core infrastructure includes Cloudflare. Payment providers receive payment and billing details directly; SeeingSells does not store full card numbers. We do not sell personal information.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we use an adequacy regulation or appropriate contractual and organisational safeguards. Ask us for details relevant to your account.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep active workspace information while the service is provided. We keep security, billing and legal records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes and any legal requirement. Deleted customer uploads and generated assets are removed or anonymised according to our operational backup cycle, unless they must be preserved for security, disputes or law.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute. Contact hello@seeingsells.ai. We may need to verify identity before acting.
8. Complaints and automated decisions
Contact us first so we can investigate. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. SeeingSells uses AI to create requested visualisations, but it does not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.
9. Security and changes
We use access controls, tenant separation, encryption in transit, revocable sessions and scoped credentials. No online service can promise absolute security. We will update this notice when our processing materially changes and show the effective date above.
